Kitglobal is a duppdupp/ Knitglobal collaboration and all orders are processed via duppdupp’s payment pages when completing the checkout process.

Postage, Packing & Delivery

All our kits are available from stock and are carefully packaged to protect them in transit. Where possible we try to source materials that are recyclable / recycled.

UK Delivery Addresses

We aim to despatch your order within 5 working days, will always contact you by email

if for any reason we are unable to do this.
For all UK delivery addresses we use Royal Mail 1st Class Standard Delivery

Postal charges are based on Royal Mail rates taking into account size & weight of order.

Delivery Addresses Within EU

For this we use Royal Mail Airmail delivery and goods will generally be received within 14 days. We are happy to offer an option for International Signed For at an additional cost of £3.50. If you would like more information about this option please contact us by email

International Address Outside The EU

If you would like to order from outside the EU please contact us by email for further delivery information

Payment

All prices in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT which is applicable to all UK and

European Union Countries.

All orders placed through the Kitglobal online shop are processed securely and all our payments are processed through PayPal – remember you do NOT need to create an account to use PayPal.

Please note that since Kitglobal is a duppdupp/ Knitglobal collaboration your order will be processed via duppdupp’s payment pages when completing the checkout process.

( This means that duppdupp will appear on your statement / receipt not Kitglobal )

Currently we only accept payment in £ Sterling

Kitglobal does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the customer notifies us of the shortage or damage in writing / by email within 7 days of receipt of delivery. In the unlikely event that you do, replacement goods will be dispatched on return of faulty items.

VAT is applicable for all UK and European Union Countries at the current rate of 15%

Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel an order within seven days of purchase or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within seven days of placing your order. Providing that goods are received back to us in unused, unopened and re-saleable condition within seven days of delivery, at the Returns Address given below, we will refund payment for the goods. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods directly through PayPal.

Kitglobal cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, registered post or Special Delivery, in all cases the cost of returning goods will be borne by you. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to enclose details of your name, address and a copy of your purchase receipt with the returned goods.
